We do not accept cancellation/return/exchange/refund for personal reasons.

You must contact us within 3 days after receiving the product to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

If you receive a wrong or defective product, please keep the product in its original state and send it back to us to make an exchange.

Any defective or wrong size products can only be exchanged.

We do not accept exchange or refund if there is no issue after the product inspection, or the customer is unable to return the product to us.

Unused products only.

We do not accept cancellation/return/exchange/refund on used products.

We will ship a new product to you at our expense. In case the product is not available, we will issue a refund to you.
